I'm going to leave this to Ben and Peter to wrangle, my personal thought is
that so
long as the username:password are only displayed in the omnibox and not in
the search
history it's probably fine. My sense though is that this is probably a
lower
priority relative to the other items the team is working on and will likely
need a
design doc.
