Open Chrome 2. Create new tab 3. Drag tab out of original window to create a new window. 4. Maximize the new window What is the expected result? Tabs show up normally like in the main window What happens instead? The tab bar is missing. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
