It would be useful if everyone who is having this problem would try  
clearing their
Cookies.  Here are the steps:

   1.  Click on the wrench menu.
   2.  Select Clear Browsing Data...
   3.  Make sure Delete Cookies is Checked (other can be unchecked)
   4.  Click the Clear Browsing Data button

You can immediately try the site again without having to restart the  
browser.

If the problem is corrupted cookie files then re-installing would not  
necessarily fix
the problem as we don't delete your cookies when we install.  This would  
also explain
Incognito mode working because we don't return cookies to the server in  
that mode.
