Actually it is just an URL: http://www.discountbank.co.il/cgi-bin/tlrd?
pagekey=Home&multilang=EN&view=WQYDWEODRTDR&t=P&bank=D
IE/Firefox directs to a login page, however Chrome/Safari directs to a home
page.
Nothing special in the URL, maybe it has browser check on the server side?
