2.0.157.2 (8084) Use any website you like, and I suggest use Google to search images, for example, search for apple: http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=apple&btnG=Search+Images&gbv=2 Then scroll page and make an image right on the corner of left-bottom like pic1. Lower parts of image must be under the scroll bar. Then move your mouse down slowly, you'll find out that status bar is pushed outside of window(pic2). And it couldn't be seen when chrome in maximized, that will be a big problem. By the way it's not a good idea that show those bobbles on the scroll bar, neither.
