Fix the regression in Yahoo! Mail
Revert r7290 (orig: r2826) from the 154.next release branch.
This will re-break prototype.js with the inspector open on the
Beta and Stable channels (it's fully working on the Dev channel).
It will fix compose in Yahoo! Mail.
