The fix to this bug depends on Issue 3154. Until issue 3154 gets fixed, you
need to
clear cache and use new user data directory to display EV certificate.
Also, on XP,
you need to enable the option "Check for server certificate revocation" in
Internet
Options > Advanced. On Vista, it's enabled by default.
