Regarding other browsers:
Safari 3 - OK, Opera 9 - OK, Firefox 3 - OK, IE 7 - OK (with tiling
background),
IE 8 (standards mode) - OK (no tiling background)
Safari 4 r40220 - FAIL, Chrome - FAIL
Problem with WebKit nightly and Chrome. WebKit nightly bug?
