I've been able to get it to middle click scroll slashdot.org at just 1 frame per 3 seconds, by having another program at below normal priority pushing just one of my two cores to 100%, even though the Chrome tab's process ran at normal priority, and had an entire 2nd core to itself. This is with the latest dev channel version 2.0.159.0.
