Could reproduce. As far as I noticed, this happens when the first resource is having the red circled number. :) Under that condition I could reproduce for any site. 1. Right click -> Inspect element -> Resources 2. Back to the page. Click on another link. 3. Back to inspector -> Resources. 4.First resource. 5. Time.
