This is due to history expiry. See the bug we're duping against.
The workaround is as venkataramana said: Manually type "finance.google.com"
into the
address bar and hit enter. Do not visit a subpage of the site; do not
visit by
clicking a link; do not paste the address in. Then go elsewhere (don't
stay on the
same page) and do this again. Keep doing it until it begins autocompleting
when you
type a few characters.
