This is an evangelism issue. In adsWrapper.js, there is code like:

This URL parameter only applies when browser is Chrome/Safari, and this
results in
the picture/video adv doesn't display in the browser.
The site owner may need to update their code to make the adv works in
Chrome/Safari.
