New issue 7285 by shlomibe: Maximized window is not correct in Vista Home

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome in Vista Home Basic 1280X800 single monitor
2. Click maximize icon in window frame


What is the expected result?
- The Chrome window is supposed to cover all the screen and not show any of
the desktop behind it.

What happens instead?
- The maximized window does not cover all the screen but there are a few
lines of pixels of the desktop that are showing both in width and height

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
- This was working fine until mid-Novemver
