What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I ran Chrome
2. Maximazed Chrome's window
3. And saw that top of tab was cutted and text on tab was stacked with the
top of screen
What is the expected result?
I expected more place above tab's text
What happens instead?
there were few of space

in early versions there were more place above tab's text, i just want t
know: it's feature or problem?
