Chromium developers removed support for winhttp stack... Even launching it with the --winhttp command line switch doesnt work anymore. See this thread http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-reviews/browse_thread/thread/a52ddccc78e03fec?fwc=1 I think it's perfectly reasonable to use the new stack, so it's easier to port to other OS, but it would be nice to be able to authenticate using Kerberos or even NTLM, so people behind ISA firewalls/proxy could use Chrome...
