Comment #2 on issue 7150 by scott3: Authorization problem
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=7150

I am also experiencing this problem with 2.0.159.0. I'm not sure that I
have tried
access this since I switched from the beta to the dev channel to pick-up
2.0.158.0.
On 1.x.x.x, I think I was usually prompted twice. In any case, this is a
REGRESSION.

I used Fiddler2 to see what was going on, and it's just a single HTTP
request/response pair, which are provided below. Yes, it's using NTLM. In
my case, it
is an internal SharePoint site (yuck!), and it's a shame that I can't
currently use
Chrome, because it's blindingly fast with SharePoint. (Coincidence? ;)

Here are the things that I've tried to work around and understand the
problem:
- removing all stored passwords for the site
- removing all stored cookies for the site
- changing from "Restrict how third-party cookies..." to "Allow all cookies"

Alas, none solved the problem. Please let me know if I can provide any
further
assistance.
