Confirmed on: Google Chrome 1.0.154.48 (Official Build 9043) WebKit 525.19 V8 0.3.9.4 The problem is easy to reproduce using TeamCity 4.0 server that runs many builds in parallel (alas I do not a public instance of such server, we are running it internally). For single opened page, the chrome leaks about 1-10 kilobytes per second. The problem happens only when computer is not locked. And sometimes fails to reproduce if the tab with TeamCity is not a front tab (but sometimes still leaks).
