What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the "Form" drop down and click "edit form"
2. All Chrome instances freeze and have to be forced to quit.
What is the expected result?
A window opens with the Form. No freezing all Chrome instances
What happens instead?
All Chrome instances halt.
