Chrome 2.0.160.0 Triple-clicking in IE8 selects the entire paragraph, whereas in Firefox and Chrome it selects the entire line. I think the intended behaviour is the latter. The problem with Chrome's implementation of double click is that sometimes if you try to double-click the last word on a line, the whitespace after it is selected. Try it on this page.
