Triple-clicking in IE8 selects the entire paragraph, whereas in Firefox and  
Chrome it
selects the entire line. I think the intended behaviour is the latter.

The problem with Chrome's implementation of double click is that sometimes  
if you try
to double-click the last word on a line, the whitespace after it is  
selected. Try it
on this page. What's worse, if you open a plaintext file in Chrome and  
double-click
to select the last word in a line, the whitespace at the end of the line  
AND the next
line preceding the first character is also selected.
