PowerWord is very popular dictionary(bi-direction Chinese-English lookup) software in China. It provides the immediate word's paraphrase when users move mouse over on English/Chinese word. Actually PowerWord Lite is joint product of Google and Kingsoft, it also provides function of whole sentence translation. Google provide the backend support for its sentence translation.
