Log into Google Docs 2. Click on offline 3. Wait for the installation to finish What is the expected output? No issues, no errors What do you see instead? A message appears "An error occurred while updating software. Failed to update software for the applications: authentication" Please use labels and text to provide additional information. This only happens on corporate account and not public Docs.
