What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In 'Control Panel', open 'Mouse'
2. Select 'Wheel' tab
3. Select 'One Screen At A Time'
4. Click 'OK' button
5. In Google Chrome web page, scroll mouse wheel one time down (or up).
What is the expected result?
Google Chrome web page scrolls 1 page down (or up).
What happens instead?
Google Chrome web page scrolls more (approximately 6 pages) than 1 page
down (or up).

possible.
