If you use the wheel to scroll while autoscrolling, that's a good indicator  
that
you're done using autoscroll. We should then exit autoscroll mode. IE8 does  
this
(sort of, you need to also move the mouse a bit), but Firefox has the same  
behavior
as Chrome.
