I'm unable to access any of my company's internal web sites with Chrome  
browser.  The
error "The webpage at https://w3-bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=178347 might be  
temporarily down
or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." is completely bogus.

Please fix the error message if you can't fix the root cause.
