New issue 7630 by tobias.de: Drop-down for changing the UI language is cut
off (at least w/ German locale)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open browser with German UI
2. Open "Font & language settings" and then open the "languages" tab
What is the expected result?
All contents of the window should be visible.
What happens instead?
Only half of the "Chrome's language" drop-down and of its label are
visible.
