JIRA is a bug track tracking web application, and there is a shortcut
(ALT+S) to save the changes made in the form.  The shortcut does not work
anymore.  It used to work with the previous version of Chrome.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a JIRA issue
2. Click Edit
3. press ALT-S

What is the expected result?
The changes are applied, and the browser returns to issue page

What happens instead?
nothing
