I have chrome spanish version and same issue. When i try to load http://code.google.com, the site send a response header HTTP/1.1 302 which redirects to location: /intl/es-419. Then, when load http://code.google.com/intl/es-419 the response header redirects to location /intl/es-419/intl/es-419. And so on. I think error is related to HTTP/1.1 302 redirects.
