What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Chrome to open pages that were opened last
2. Set Hotmail to remember account (but not password)
3. Open account page in Hotmail
4. Close Chrome
5. Open Chrome
What is the expected result?
1.Hotmail sign-in page should appear
2.Sign-in should open Hotmail account page
What happens instead?
1.Hotmail sign-in page should appear
2.1st sign-in attempt fails (incorrect password); 2nd attempt succeeds
