New issue 7745 by benoit.leseul: Update the French spelling dictionary from the dicollecte project http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=7745 The French spelling dictionary located at http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome/trunk/src/chrome/third_party/hunspell/dictionaries/ seems really out of date. I think it is actually an old MySpell dictionary instead of the newer Hunspell one. The latest 3.1 version of this dictionary can be downloaded from the dicollecte project: http://dicollecte.free.fr/download.php?prj=fr The right one is probably "Classique & Réforme 1990 3.1 -- 28 janvier 2009" which is already included in Firefox and OpenOffice.org I'd especially be interested in the resulting fr_FR.dic_delta to see what could be integrated upstream, in the dicollecte database itself. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
