What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on the top blue bar, in any free area, between the corner icons
and the last tab
2. you'll see the classic Windows-style icons appearing
3. see attachment
What is the expected result?
Don't see them.
What happens instead?
They appear!

possible.
