another example: Haaretz website's new comment form now has the same problem and since Haaretz website's new comment form is also an evangelism issue (issue 3352) it is a big problem.... the encoding cannot be fixed :/ reproduction: 1. Visit http://www.haaretz.co.il/hasite/spages/1064526.html 2. Click on the New comment button to open the popup the button looks like: http://img102.imageshack.us/img102/7264/tempp5hj0.jpg 3. Try to fix the encoding in the popup...
