Chrome Version : 2.0.165.0 (Developer Build 10094)
Steps :
Go to Wrench > New window in profile > Default Ctrl + Shift + 1
Instead of opening new window it opens multiple windows
issue seen in build 10033,

issue not reproducible in build 10020,
