What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a search Flood Control Enabled IPB board
2. Search
3. Search again
4.Search again after the time IPB tell you
5.Still doesn't work
What is the expected result?
It will skip the flood control and search.
What happens instead?
It will keep to the page of Flood control
