I have a fix and an attempt to make a regression test (attempt because the
test works
on my Windows machine and fails - but doesn't crash! - on the trybot -
probably I
don't fully understand something).
I'll discuss it today on irc, and it should be fixed quickly.
Some technical summary: in the crash scenario, ~BrowserProcessImpl
shutdowns dns
prefetching (which is uninitialized). My proposed fix changes
ShutdownDnsPrefetch to
EnsureDnsPrefetchShutdown which does nothing in case dns prefetching is not
initialized.
