This isn't windows7 specific. It sporadically happens on XP and Vista.
Brett and
myself have seen it occur a number of times, but only after running Chrome
for a
while. Brett was able to attach and determined the bookmark bar is no
longer parented
(but valid). It seems like someone is removing the bookmark bar. I'll add a
DCHECK
for this to determine who is removing it.
