Also on my XP SP2 system, after the initial F11 fullscreen, the browser
window "seems" to
be the full size of the screen but seems to extend behind the still showing
taskbar. See
attached screenshot.
After I resize the taskbar, the "fullscreen" window is redrawn to not
overlap the taskbar.
But I guess the taskbar is just supposed to be covered right from the
beginning.
