New issue 8094 by kalletuulos: Page won't load pop-up window does not close
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=8094

Chrome Version : 1.0.154.48
URLs (if applicable) : N/A
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: N/A
     Firefox 3: N/A
          IE 7: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Windows XP had automatical system update and restarted itself. Google
chrome had several tabs open and was closed because of this automated
restart.

When I started Chrome after the system restart, it gave the pop-up window
"Page won't load". I have clicked both "Cancel" and "Report bug" several
times, but the window won't close.

I have both tried to enter URL and information to fields, and not entered.
No change.

I have killed the Chrome task from task manager and restarted it, no
change. The pop-up comes again.

What is the expected result?
Pop-up should go away after pressing Cancel.

What happens instead?
Pop-up just comes back.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This is duplicate to issue 6995.
