New issue 8157 by moses.mason: FTP refresh/reload does not reflect latest  
contents in the folder

Chrome Version       : 2.0.166.0
URLs (if applicable) : all FTP:// site
Other browsers tested:
      Safari 3: OK
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Setup a ftp server site;
1. Open FTP:// site with username/password in client's Chrome/Chromium;
2. Get into a folder with files in it;
3. Create/Delete/Append files in the same folder at server-side;
4. Click reload button in client's Chrome/Chromium;
5. The latest changes do not be reflected in Chrome/Chromium.

What is the expected result?
The latest changes should be reflected in Chrome.

What happens instead?
Chrome does not really reload ftp page.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Test server: FileZilla Server version 0.9.29 beta on WIndows XP with
default ports and FileZilla Server version 0.9.29 beta on Windows server
2003 with custom ports.
Network: Local intranet, server and client are in the same subnet.
