What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on any link in Outlook reading pane.

What is the expected result?
The web page would open in a new Chrome tab
What happens instead?
The link will not open in Chrome, but I am seeing a little faint ghost-text
where the loading status would normally be.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
If Chrome is open, the page will open.
