Comment #13 on issue 1715 by mtpoisson: Windows system menu buttons
unresponsive for larger DPI scaling
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1715

Same problem here in Vista SP1 with DPI set to 150%

Please fix this asap. Workarounds are not an option for elderly people. It
confuses
them. My mother has this issue in Chrome and every once in a while it
really messes
her up (she is 80). Young people who cannot see well or who use it because
of a
handicap can get around this easily. But for older people or others with a
more
severe handicap that require large DPI, THIS IS VERY DIFFICULT.

Google folks, I know you might not see this as a priority issue but please
take a
look into it as it will affect anyone with this requirement and that group
usually
cannot deal with things as easy as the rest of us can.
