I've added another, simpler repro.
Note that when modifying line, calculating horizontal coordinate (for
example,
replacing "+200" by "+200.1"), the artifact line moves. It looks like
calculated
coordinates interfere somehow with integer grid.
If we change parameter 45 to, for example, 60, we can see different
positions of
artifact lines.
The artifact disappears when setting line width to 1.
