I did a binary search and it seems this regressed with hbono's change to
GetExpectedTextWidth:

I also notice that our dialogs in general have narrowed because of this
change.
It is possible that the metrics we use to specify the dialog widths were
relying on
incorrect code (code before hbono checked in). I need to verify this.
