This has nothing to do with issue 4222, like I said in the comments of that
bug.
This problem is describing a problem with dialog widths.
Issue 4222 is about someone adding a field to the Clear Browsing Data and
not
increasing the height of it.
This issue was fixed with http://codereview.chromium.org/28181
... but may also be causing issue 8331.
