What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to google.com
2. Click on the input field to position the cursor.
3. Press right Ctrl+Shift key combination
What is the expected result?
1. Cursor is positioned on the right side of the input field.
2. Input text direction is switched from Left-to-Right to Right-to-Left.
What happens instead?
There's no way to switch text direction to Right-to-Left.
