What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open gmail and sign in.
2. Click on settings.
3. Click on themes.
4. Click on 'Choose your own color'.
5. A window opens up in which one can select the color of all the elements.
What is the expected result?
Should be able to change the colors of element such as background, text,
links, subjects, etc. by clicking on the drop down button which appears
when you hover the mouse on that element.
What happens instead?
No such drop down button appears. So not able to change the colors.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
