The first version of the design doc is finished and can be viewed here: http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dhn2skdg_1fwvbb3cb @abarth: please organize some people to fill the gaps in the chapters 3 and 5, and possibly some graphical designer who will replace the chapter 4 sketches by nice screenshots.
