New issue 8450 by [email protected]: Traditional Chinese OS: Omnibox  
using different fonts when typing English letters

All channels issue.

Build: 2.0.168.0 (Developer Build 10990)
    OS: Traditional Chinese XP

Other Browsers:
   Safari: N/A
Firefox3: OK
      IE7: OK

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome on Traditional Chinese XP
2. Type English letters "ni" into Omnibox
3. Observe

Result:
The first letter "n" and second letter "i" are using different fonts.

Expected:
Should use same font for them.

Notes:
Not reproduce on my Simplified Chinese XP
