Comment #8 on issue 736 by jbm.lists: No way to disable plugins using UI http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=736
Mozilla Firefox has the "plugin.expose_full_path" about:config setting to expose the full path of plugins in the "about:plugins" page (http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:plugins) e.g.: with "plugin.expose_full_path" set to "false" (default value), "about:plugins" shows: Shockwave Flash File name: NPSWF32.dll Shockwave Flash 10.0 r22 with "plugin.expose_full_path" set to "true", "about:plugins" shows: Shockwave Flash File name: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32.dll Shockwave Flash 10.0 r22 It would be nice to expose the full path by default in Chrome, it would make it easier for people to disable plugins they don't want until we have a UI to manage plugins. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
