recognized correctly sometime

All channels issue.

Build: 2.0.169.0 (Developer Build 11113)
    OS: Any

Other Browsers:
       Safari4: Fail
WebkitNightly: Fail
  Firefox3.0.7: OK
           IE8: OK

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Open attached cjk_utf8_s.html file
3. Observe the first column and the second column

Result:
The tab character (U+0009) in some lines is not recognized correctly

Expected:
The tab character should be recognized correctly so the first column and
the second column could have right layout
