What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. having vista with dual scree and sidebar on the left of main screen
(screen of chrome)
2. open a shortcut from the desktop
3.

What is the expected result?
Having tabs at a normal size


What happens instead?
Form some reason, when I open a short cut my tabs become very small and I
can't even read which one is which.

Also, the "new tab" button disappeared. I can only find it when I'm in
minimized window (not full screen) at the far right of the window, under
the closing button!
